East Side, Fifth Avenue — A walk-in closet, with one of the iconic views in NYC, that costs millions, literally. To the seller as well as to the buyer. This was a two bedroom coop in the renowned high-luxe, stunning Sherry-Netherland Hotel. The apartment’s interior is designed by the uber-archetict Richard Meier. All beautiful, a given. The owner, I’m assuming with a serious clothes issue, turned one of the bedrooms into this closet. Stunning. And hey, if you’re not planning to resell and it works for you, I say go for it. But finding a buyer who shares your needs at this price, not so easy.
